President and CEO Bob Lundstrom has been building homes in the Naples area for the past 30 years. In 1996, Lundstrom Development, Inc. was formed when Bob's two sons entered the business. Together, this dynamic team has built over 85 custom homes in Lely Resort Golf & Country Club, as well as other golf course communities in the Naples area and Atlanta, Georgia.
LDI's success has been built on a philosophy of honesty, integrity and competence. They are dedicated to listening to their homeowners, fulfilling their needs and delivering the highest quality product possible. The results have been phenomenal. In 2001, they realized over $11 million in sales between Naples and Atlanta.
Local architect Wayne Boyatt, known for his exciting and innovative designs, is responsible for turning all LDI dream homes into realities.
